Justin Aden rejoins Action Sales + Marketing

We are very excited to welcome Justin Aden back to the Action Sales + Marketing team. Justin will be calling on O'Reilly Auto Parts, where he will bring his more than 20 years of sales experience to help be an integral part of the ongoing success that our Springfield office has been enjoying as they continue to have major successes at O'Reilly's.

Justin has been in the automotive aftermarket for over 20 years. He has spent time in both the Traditional and Retail channels. He enjoys building life-long relationships with customers by taking care of their needs first, which has helped him earn several Vendor of the Year awards. Best of all, he is passionate about being able to work in an environment that is also his hobby and passion. Justin graduated from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Technology. Previous to re-joining Action, he has worked for Federal-Mogul and Dorman Products in various sales roles.

Outside of work, Justin values spending time with his wife exploring in nature. Whether it be with the top down, on two wheels or trail riding in the great outdoors.

Tom Peterka joins Action Sales + Marketing

We are very excited to welcome Tom Peterka to the Action Sales + Marketing. Tom's primary customer will be Target, and along with Mark Sherva, we are very excited about the successes that will come from this team.

Tom began his career in the hospitality business, eventually leading one of the largest hotels in Minneapolis. He has always had a passion for numbers, starting his Manufacturers Rep. career in Category Management and quickly moving into an Account Management role. Tom loves the search for new business opportunities and uses both his Category and Account Management experience to grow your business. He is a Minnesota guy, graduating from Saint Cloud State University, and loves all Minnesota sports. In his free time, Tom enjoys a competitive round of gold, and traveling with his wife Leah and son Parker.
